Usually you train first and look for a placement afterwards. We do it the other way round: a group only opens once a construction company has already requested that profile.

A construction company tells us which trade it needs, how many people, for which site and by when. That's what opens a group.

Workshop and on-site training
Hands-on training for that role, with language and paperwork support. Before stepping on site, documents and health-and-safety training (PRL) are checked.

Joining, with follow-up
You start working at the company that opened the position, and we support you on site for the first few weeks.

Born on a job site, not in an office.
It's driven by Vasil Babluani, who started out in construction as a labourer, became a first-class drywall tradesman, and ran his own construction company. He now chairs Spain-Georgia Business Alliance and has spent more than 25 years building bridges between Spain and Georgia.
